1. About us
This site is operated by the Multicultural Inspire Awards, based at Office 1, Izabella House, 24–26 Regent Place, City Centre, Birmingham B1 3NJ. Company registration number: [TO BE CONFIRMED].
2. Nominations
- Anyone can submit a nomination during the nomination window (27 July – 21 September 2026).
- Nominators warrant that the information they provide is accurate and that they have the nominee's implicit or explicit consent to be nominated.
- We reserve the right to reject nominations that are incomplete, offensive, or clearly fraudulent.
- All shortlisting decisions are final and are made by the independent judging panel.
3. Voting
- Public voting runs 5 October – 19 October 2026.
- One vote per person, per category, is enforced by IP address. Attempts to circumvent this may result in vote invalidation.
- Public vote informs but does not override the judging panel's decisions.
4. Ticket bookings
- Ticket booking enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking — we'll come back to you with pricing and payment details.
- Tickets are subject to venue capacity and confirmation of payment.
- Refund policy will be issued with your booking confirmation.
5. Content
All content on this site (logos, text, imagery, video) is either owned by the Multicultural Inspire Awards or used under licence. You may not reproduce it without permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
