  • Nomination forms: your name, email, phone (optional), nominee details, your reason for nominating.
  • Voting: your IP address (to prevent duplicate voting), optionally your email.
  • Sponsorship, ticket, and contact enquiries: the details you submit through those forms.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via server logs).

3. Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (forms and newsletter), our legitimate interests (site security, fraud prevention on voting), and where necessary to fulfil a contract (sponsorship, ticketing).

4. How we use it

  • To administer nominations, voting, sponsorship, and ticketing for the awards.

Nomination and voting data is retained for the current awards cycle plus one year for archive. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time. Contact submissions are retained for 2 years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Session cookies are marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict. All form submissions are protected by CSRF tokens and rate limiting. Data is stored on servers in the UK.
