Multicultural Inspire Awards Terms and Conditions
1. Nomination Process
- Nominees can only be featured in one individual category and/or in one category for their company or charity. If you are nominated in more than one category, the judging committee will decide what category you will be in before it goes to public voting.
- All nominees for the Multicultural Inspire Awards are decided by the public, except for the Honorary Awards and Highly Commended awards.
- Category finalists are solely determined by public vote.
- When submitting a nomination, a 300 word limit summary for the nomination is required. This summary will be publicly displayed on the website.
- Every entry will undergo a basic check. This may include companies’ houses, websites, social media platforms etc. The Inspire Awards can remove any entries if they do not meet the basic checks.
2. Nominee Image
- Nomination forms must include a picture of the nominee only. This picture will be used for promotional purposes and cannot be changed later.
3. Accuracy of Information
- The Multicultural Inspire Awards reserve the right to remove a nomination if the details provided are found to be untrue or factually inaccurate.
4. Publicity
- Nominations received may be publicized on social media platforms to enhance visibility for the nominee. If preferred otherwise, contact us at info@inspire-awards.co.uk within 48 hours of nomination submission.
5. Eligibility
- Nominees and attendees must be aged 18 and over.
- Nominees must either live or work in the UK.
6. Sponsorship
- Companies are not allowed to put themselves forward for an award if they are sponsors of any part of the awards.
- Individuals from companies who are sponsors can be nominated but this must not be any persons that has any involvement with the delivery of the sponsorship project.
7. Attendance
- Finalists must be available to attend the evening ceremony on the specified date and location. Each finalist will receive one complimentary ticket for themselves. Additional tickets can be purchased from the Inspire Awards website.
- No individuals under the age of 18 are permitted to attend the awards ceremony.
8. Contribution to Charity Award
- The Contribution to Charity Award is open to charitable organizations, social enterprises, and community interest organisations.
- Nominees/finalists do not require a charity number to be eligible for this award.
By submitting a nomination, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Multicultural Inspire Awards reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
