Aston Performing Arts Academy CIC (APAA), a trailblazing Birmingham-based youth organisation, has been officially announced as the official Entertainment Partner for the inaugural Multicultural Inspire Awards 2025. The prestigious national awards ceremony will take place at the VOX Conference Centre at the NEC on 22 November 2025, with up to 700 guests expected to attend.
Returning from a two-year hiatus, APAA will mark their comeback by delivering a spectacular entertainment programme for the awards, while also offering 50 young people aged 16–30 real-life work experience. These roles will span performing, musicianship, stage management, and project coordination—providing invaluable exposure both on stage and behind the scenes.
For over 20 years, APAA has empowered thousands of young people through the performing arts, and this partnership with the Inspire Awards underscores their enduring commitment to youth development.
“This partnership is about more than entertainment—it’s about legacy,” said Pelego Powell, Artistic Director of APAA. “We’re proud to give young people the chance to gain real experience and showcase their incredible talents in front of business tycoons and industry professionals. These are the moments that change lives, and we’re thrilled to be part of it.”
The Multicultural Inspire Awards recognises and celebrates inspirational individuals from across business and community sectors. This inaugural event brings together a powerhouse of corporate and creative talent, with support from leading sponsors including Arden University, EY, West Midlands Combined Authority, Forbes Family Group, Virgin Money, and more.

Their talent is unmatched, and their ethos aligns perfectly with our vision. The audience is in for a treat.”
